They really thought of everything you need to send invoices and keep record of your own work. And now I have the option of getting paid by credit card through Joist.

Great app love it

Ive been a very happy customer for years. The new WePay system number one is the most expensive CC processing on the market at 2.9 percent. Ive been struggling for 4 weeks trying to receive payment locked in a We Pay account. I recommend the app for business use but am disappointed with their newest addition of accepting payments. Hopefully soon they will offer a better service.

Best contractor app. Just wish you could type in some item and have the option to save them. I have my list of items with set prices love that. But when I do some jobs i wish It wouldnt save because I have to go back thru and delete those. Other than that I use this app everyday doing remodeling can have the estimate or invoice by the time I leave the job for the customer.

Amazing app! Stunning!!! Piece of work! BUT, it doesnt work when you are out of reception. So when you dont have internet the app wont work. Terrible mistake! Whats the point? Because you should be able to make an estimate and then when you have reception you can email it. Now my client had a wrong impression of me. I might lose a job because he thinks I am a amateur. Ill give 5 stars when you guys have it fixed. Thanks

Love it, takes a little while to put in your materials but after your set up youll love having this.

Ive been using Joist for 3+ years in a design/fabrication business that Ive been growing. I love the ability to customize the look of the estimates/invoices with logos, add pictures, and choose how much info (quantity, rate, etc) the documents display, depending on the job. Two nit-picky issues I have are that there isnt a field for a phone number extension in the contacts and that you cant save drafts of emails when sending an invoice or estimate. My biggest criticism is that there arent really any accounting features. Maybe as they add the credit card processing, this will change. But as my business has grown, my bookkeeping needs have as well. Pretty much all accounting software has an invoice/estimate feature and at that point, why use two platforms? But Joist has served me very very well over the years and I recommend it highly.

I use joist for all my invoicing. I wish there was a receipt i could give out on completion of payment for the clients but i could also just not know how......

This app is great. It adds a nice , professional look to my quotes. Also keeps everything alittle more organized.
